I have been to over 50 dispensaries throughout the state of Maine (med and Rec) and I can say this will always be my favorite spot to go. You are always greeted so nicely with a smile at the front of the door, and greeted the same at the counter. Customer service has gone down hill in these couple years, but this team is staying strong! Love seeing their new and old staff, almost feels like an extended family. The product has never disappointed and they have a great selection all the time! Thanks Brothers Staff!

I went in to Rock Steady looking for my medicine. I usually went to firestorm but as they have switched I have had to look for alternatives. One of the things I loved most about going to Firestorm was how wonderful their customer service was and how welcoming they were. That was not the case at all when I walked in this store. I was one of the only other ones in there and the women working just gave me a dirty look as soon as I walked in. Although she helped find the right concentrates I needed, I felt as though I was rushed and that she didn’t really care that I was there. Overall the product was okay. One of the grams of dabs I got didn’t even phase me and it was a $50 gram... yikes. I buy the more expensive because I use this as medicine for my extreme anxiety, so when I get a product that don’t work, it sucks. Now I’m out $50 and don’t have my medicine. I think I’ll look somewhere else especially if I’m going to feel pushed aside and I’m going to waste $50.
