I placed order checking out new dispensary spoke to Karen over phone check my order status I never received any texts or calls regarding my order was confirmed she was vey rude letting me know they sent me 3 notifications I told her I never got them instead being rude with tone in your voice you could been nice why work in customer service if your just be miserable rude to customers then she proceed tell me ID expired which I had new updated one once she started being rude to me way she was talking me out i decided cancel my order immediately im not sit here try get clarification on my order your hring straight rude off bat what made me wanted cancel my order not spend my hard working money when have employees who are rude don’t have common sense she uses her being sick has excuse if your sick then stay home doesn’t give you right treat talk to customers any type way you want
