I placed a pre order on weedmaps and called the store once I received a text stating my order was ready. I called to confirm all was in and get a total price due. I waited for 10 min on the phone for this. Drove down from Santa Clarita. We asked for curb side delivery and we’re told to call when we arrived. 3 diff employees later, one for my license, another for my Rec, and over 30 min in the parking lot waiting for them. Finally come out with my order and are missing one gram of the papas select rosin. Another employee comes out and apologized for the mistake. She says they show on my order I placed it for two grams but only charged me for one. I was told they were going to get the manager for all the mishaps and for making me wait so long. I wait another ten minutes and the manager never came out. We decided to leave! Meanwhile 20 plus customers that didn’t pre order came thru and got their items faster then me with a pre order! 🤯. This place left my wife and I hanging in the parking lot for over 40 extra mins that we shouldn’t have needed to spend. We for sure will not be back!!! This visit was a HUGE Disappointment and the customer service lacks big time!!!

Ok so if you know you know they have some of the most fire products around. Trees and concentrates for sure. This place is literally an Apple store of Weed. So I placed an order using their websites menu. Called up the shop before I rolled down to confirm products were in and was quickly rushed off the phone with the response that if you placed an order and the system had it in stock then your products will be here click. Ok since I’m driving down from Santa Clarita. 30-40 mins. Get to the shop and Andy helped me out. He informs me that the main product I came for is out of stock even though his computer is saying 1 left. I was pretty upset and I have to give it to Andy for fixing that. Next time don’t rush me off the phone and actually check if it’s there before I roll. I just want to shout out to Andy for doing the right thing and discounting my tax today because of the mess up. Atrium, I just want you to know Andy kept me as a customer today and saved the day! Reward him! ThankYou
