Used to be a really great company with great customer service and products, I’m not sure what happened, but I will now be shopping elsewhere

I had been ordering from them for quite a while and was very happy until my last very negative experience

Really let down by this company after almost a year of loyalty, I’m not sure what happened, but I’m gonna start shopping elsewhere now

They had me wait for five hours with no correspondence and then the delivery person showed up and it was unable to complete my order. They asked me to please reschedule for the following day, when I got a call, he was told that they could no longer fulfill my order. I’ve been ordering from this company for months and months and I’m not really sure what happened or why it’s going downhill like this, but I think I will start shopping somewhere else now.
