Super friendly and super prompt. Great flower selection.

Today my delivery was by this cool guy named Cody!! He was super friendly and efficient. All my delivery drivers and bud tenders usually are so great job to Caliva for keeping it consistently above average.

The dispensary is nice. I finally decided to go try out the lounge for an outing with a friend. We were excited. I called before and got a couple questions answered-one was closing time which was 7:30p. The guy on the phone was super nice and helpful. We got up to the tender and were advised that a staff meeting was going on in the lounge and we couldn’t go in. I thought it was very unprofessional. Maybe let the receptionist know-she had a menu out with prices and she was giving us info on renting bongs etc. Maybe have the meeting elsewhere or after biz hours. I also noticed a security guard come out after we arrived and he casually came out to where we were parked when we left. I was very upfront about how displeased I was but I also wasn’t going that hard. Maybe it was perceived differently because I’m a woman of color but that made me uncomfortable. I just wanted to chill and vibe with my friend for the new year. I asked for a manager-Nobody tried to get her or remedy the situation once! It was just incredibly odd that it was business hours and nobody knew it wasn’t closed for a meeting until I was front and center. Make it make sense.

Whenever he delivers my order he is ALWAYS in a great mood and has a very positive energy! I already love Earths Natural because of their prices and great selection but having an employee who brings smiles to their customer’s faces is the cherry on top. You guys never disappoint!!

Im not going to lie, the dispensaries here in the south valley have been just okay. But ENR has changed the game out this way. They’re setting the bar high which needs to be done. I’m a first time patient as of earlier this week and I’m very impressed with ENR. The process of ordering from them is super easy. The variety they have is pleasing. And the prices are the best compared to other dispensaries and delivery services in the area. The product I received was Grade A quality as well which is important for me. Customer service is always a win for me too and they have excellent service. The ones to beat in the area for suuuuuure. Earth’s Natural Remedy is an amazing name too!! Way to pay homage to such a remarkable plant. Keep it up!! This will definitely be my go-to from here on out.

I was super excited to come to this place. The security was nice. When I was let in the actual club everyone was busy helping someone, but nobody bothered to greet me nor acknowledge me when I walked in which is a pet peeve. Another girl walks in about 3 min after me and although she isn’t greeted the tender turns around and assists her pretty quickly. I proceed to ask if there’s a line I don’t know about and the tender tells me that she turned around and just happened to see the girl waiting and that’s why she’s helping her. Which I thought was rude. So at this point Im ticked. The next available tender Monica, who was super sweet and informative, assists me. I let her know I’m pissed because I wasn’t greeted and got skipped over. She finally acknowledges that they’re sorry and makes me feel better as we talk about what cartridges I wanted. Idk if I’m going to come back but Monica was awesome. Very disappointed. Gots to do better guys smh.

I like The people that work here. Always ridiculously friendly. It's like coming home since they were my first dispensary. I haven't made it lately but I try to make it out every now and again. It's a little far away from home. Love them though!!

Went here because it was one of the top in NorCal. It's amazing. Great staff, great prices, they have snacks, an ATM oh and they're one of the only clubs that take card payments!! I understand why most don't but its convenient. It's beautiful inside as well. Don't let the outside fool ya!! Highly recommended. Lucy was very friendly and informative too.
