The staff was extremely helpful and understanding. The doctor took the time to explain the process, how to use correctly and what methods and types were best for me personally. I have found relief for the first time in years! Thank you!

I found no compassion at this location. Neither the nurse or doctor were familiar with one of my conditions and unwilling to look at the ton of electronic records or the few paper records I had. They were rude and no help in obtaining the actual records they wanted (despite what their website said), which were at a doctor where I used to live. I left feeling extremely embarrassed and defeated. They at least had the decency to not charge me. It took a couple of years of suffering and urging from my new primary care before I tried again. I went elsewhere and found the new place was very professional, well versed on my conditions and I was approved immediately.
