On my very first visit I was sold a vape cartridge that wasn’t compatible with my battery, even after describing the type that I had. When I returned the next day to exchange it, the manager wouldn’t but instead provided me a discount on a compatible cartridge. Wtf? Your employee made the mistake and now I’m stuck with a $60 cartridge that I cannot use. Also they have rather limited choices of product. Giving a star for how friendly they are, but that’s not enough for me to return.
