I love coming here. It's incredibly disappointing when you get to the door and just can't get in. I waited 20 minutes to get to the door and waited another 10 minutes at the door and had to pee so bad I had to go find a bathroom. And there's no effing way I am going to get back in line. On top of it all, folks are showing up, seeing how long the line is and placing an online order, which is smart, but screws everyone else in line. So either don't show up when it's busy, or place your order online BEFORE you get there instead of using that feature to line jump. Old men can't hold it as long!
