i had a great experience today with Shannon, the manager. on my previous visit my order was incorrect and when I phoned the front desk I got attitude. i had never experienced bad customer service there before so I waited to talk to a manager until my next visit (today) . she was very professional and actually LISTENED to me. i really felt as though she was disappointed and sorry her employee acted that way. She also made it right and assured me that she would follow up on it. that's why I returned...i had faith they would make it right! i drive from Suisun City because of their deals and disability discount and customer service!
