This place is up and down. I am going through a family death and ordered some product to soothe me. The ordering process further frustrated me and then customer service is not friendly either. They just turned an already horrible day into a frustratingly horrible day.

I love this place! Great services, and great products. I have had the honor of meeting the owner a few times. They always upgrade orders or just give a gift, which is honestly a such a nice perk as a customer.
