They wouldn’t refund an eighth that wasn’t dried/cured properly... Don’t shop here if you actually want quality medicine that the growers and company stand behind. I won't be coming back here again. 20 minutes of talking with both of the managers there in a completely respectful tone. I placed a pickup order for one of the Afghani eighths, and when I walked in and said I wanted to exchange for the pickup because I thought the flower wasn't dried properly. Both of them then just running around my questions, jumping back and forth to the registers and their computers... then come back and all they can offer is a 50% off another product. they said they didn't get the hay smell... Ok. I also noted about the shake in the jar. He said "if it's improperly dried why is there shake in there"... I was like "noo.. what?" I said -- "if I was a pharmacist or grower of my product I would always strive to stand behind my product and make people happy." This is medicine for the people....
