I am the worst at writing anything. short and sweet the place is designed in impeccably from the parking lot to check out. you can truly see that they have put a lot of care and attention to detail and that pulls through to their customer service. Blair was off the hook awesome! she took so much time with me and I truly had that one-on-one experience through the showroom. I also liked that your order is prepared in the back and they bring it out to you. felt very high-end without high-end prices. going back today!

I was so anxious about the whole idea when there was not a worry in the world to be had! From the moment I drove up, greeted by a great guy who I told "I've never done any of this" to the girls who both listened to me talk and talk and really explain things, how everything works and what I should start with, was so awesome. I was going in with a few areas of concern I wanted to treat and walked out with a great combo of items to "play" with and see how I do with the different strains. Excited to find that right combo to help. Definitely will be back. Thank you 420 Factory for being so chill!
