I saw Dr Phillips in August. I suffer with Fibro but am in chronic nerve pain. My neck is totally fused front and back and my back is also fused. I heard nothing from Hytek again until November when they told me I had to pay again because "by Law" I had to be checked every 3 months- now mind you there was nothing to "check" as the doctor had done nothing for me. It is now going on the end of January and I have yet to be registered with the State of Ohio- therefore no card- therefore no medicaction
