I jumped through the hoops to place the order. Tried to order directly by phone. Was directed to order via WM. I’ve called asking for assistance on their shady promo that requires you add on an item to meet $ min delivery. Finally completed the order. Had to resubmit my id. Another question about expiration date. It’s on the ID. An hour later the order is canceled. Why? I called jade room and received huge attitude from the person I’ve spoken to at each step. They canceled the order for a new hurdle reason and now the delivery time is magically hours later. Sounds like my order was bumped with a side of attitude. Cancelled. Plenty of other places.
