We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. This is not the level of service we aim to provide at our dispensary, and we understand how frustrating that interaction must have been. Your loyalty and support mean a great deal to us, and we regret missing the opportunity to make things right in the moment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we work to improve our cannabis and customer experience.
