My experience here was amazing! Ale and Billy were hands down the nicest budtenders I’ve ever met. I don’t leave reviews very often, but they absolutely deserved one. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed what they do, which made the whole experience so much better. They took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their product knowledge was impressive, and they gave thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for rather than trying to upsell me. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it’s clear they care about making sure everyone has a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a dispensary with knowledgeable, positive, and genuinely kind staff.

As a business you should be able to put 2 and 2 together and realize that if you’re listed as open until 9:00, people will order at 8:00. They apparently do not accept orders this late, if that’s the case they should change their hours. Terrible customer service as well, this would’ve been my first time getting a delivery from such a service. Do yourself a favor and stick to going into the dispensary yourself.
