Hello, we are sorry to hear the bad experience you had with our carts. We do have our occasional bad batches here and there and do everything we can to catch any bad carts, but some do slip through the cracks. Also, the cold weather could of caused some issues with the heating elements but our number one goal is our customer service. So, we want to change that 3 star to a 5-star review. So let us know what we can do to make things better. We can replace the 3 carts with 5 fresh ones, or we can fully refund you for the 4 carts in total. As far as the delivery time we do have our busy times and try to get to everyone in a timely manner and in the case, we are on our busier side of the delivery wait times.
