Dude is rude, will leave you standing in the lobby expecting you to know how everything works. I stood there for a couple of minutes after he taken my ID, and he did not say anything... It was my first time.. and I finally had to say "So whats next do I stand here? Do I walk through that door? Do I have to wait for someone to get me? Then he decided to talk and ask questions about my visit... There was nobody else in the lobby.... He's the dude with tattoos all over... skinny white dude...Be my last time there... I can go to Airfield, and they are super friendly, no attitudes etc... and way close to the house... Why drive 10 miles out and then they act like they don't care about your business.. .no thanks.
