I visited Urb for my first time today. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional employee named Devin. He was not only friendly but super knowledgeable as well. It was a warm welcome followed by very helpful guidance as to help me find products that matched what I wanted. Devin was honest and transparent about the pricing also so there were no surprises at the register. I wish more shops had a Devin to help unsure customers. I will absolutely be back.
