One of their drivers is an absolute psychopath. I placed my order the night before, they couldn't complete it. No biggie, I'll just cancel it and order tomorrow night instead. They called me the next day for delivery. I then reminded them that I work mornings, I cancelled my order and I'll order again later. Their driver then kept calling me over and over back to back. I even texted him and told him that I was at work and not to call me. He then continued to call over and over until I had to block the number..I then went to their customer service chat on their site and their customer service rep didn't seem to have an issue with this behavior and just wanted to make sure I was still going to place an order. They employee psychopaths and do you really want them coming to your home and knowing your address?

I placed an order. I got a text that my driver was headed out and 3 hours later, no driver. Nobody answers the phone either. Waste of time.

3 hours have gone by. They haven't shown up, they aren't answering my calls. This is the second time this has happened.

I placed an order and received a confirmation email. No ETA. After an hour I started calling, no response. I call again and again and no response. So I ordered from a different dispensary and they deliver. Then an hour after the other dispensarry had already delivered LS7 shows up with my order. The driver was at least polite. But everything else was just disorganized
