Completely disorganized operation
I get that this is suburbia and one of the only places around, and it's going to be busy - but as I type this, I've been sitting in my car burning gas on a 90° day for 25 minutes now waiting for my pick-up order, while others have come and gone. There's no rhyme or reason to their lanes and how they wait on customers. Ridiculous. I'm going to stick to my Detroit dispos from now on.
