I used a small amount of the butter on my leg . I got big relief in my knee after about 30 minutes and I went for a walk. I’m walking slowly now on the butter The smell is there you know that it’s on by the smell at first then it lingers . It didn’t work good the second day but I put a paper towel on top and put a lot more butter and heat from the heating pad hot … I’m walking some more soon

The Maui wowi is great. It’s a stout plant my food processor was having a hard time with the stems. It’s all ground up now and I hope it will make me strong like Hawaii people.
