ran out of weed and came here on the way to the airport (I live in California), bought a $30 infused preroll and when I opened it, a good amount of weed was out of the joint, it was loosely sealed and poured out into my hand. I ran back into the store and the security called the manager, even said “good thing you checked before you left”. Manager (bigger girl with glasses) came out and made me dump the weed that came out the preroll in my hand into the trash? And then made me go outside in the rain with her so she can “inspect” the poorly rolled joint just to tell me she can’t do anything for me unless the joint was missing from the tube? But you made me toss out all the innards into your trash can lol and then said “it’s still smokable” made no sense to me and was handled completely irresponsibly. Why would you make me toss out the weed you weren’t going to resolve for me and tell me “you can still smoke it” never met someone so dense in my entire life lol would never come back here when I’m in Jersey smh
