I went in around 2:30 on the grand opening on 8/28 for some of the deals. I was warmly greeted by everyone in the store and my experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. Despite the craziness that surely comes with a grand opening, the process was fantastic from beginning to end. The ladies at the front and the manager are all very personable and helpful, still able to chat and be kind despite a grand opening, which I really appreciate when I visit dispensaries. Huge special shout-out to Matthew, who I sent all over the store on a scavenger hunt for all my products. He is super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and you can tell he cares about helping customers. I’m glad I was able to stop by - It feels like a really well run store by experienced management and I’m excited to visit again!

I visited on 1/23/21 for the grand opening. Very happy with the customer service I received and the employees are all very personable. I was rung up incorrectly due to a miscommunication, and one of the managers there spent loads of time with me working on making my order correct and even partly refunding me. Thank you very much Sabrina and Emily! :) Someone came in with cameras filming him vlog style, and I was initially confused about the hype, until I saw his picture on the wall. The owner of the establishment brings a nice vibe and the sense of community I got from the store was probably my favorite part. I like feeling welcome into someone’s home when I go to their store, and I felt that way here. Family vibes 🥳🥳

Starting from the security outside, my experience was great. Everyone working was super friendly and helpful, I was greeted nicely by everyone, and said security guard was especially kind. I went in for PlugPlay pods and I was very happy with the suggestions made by my budtender, who even included an awesome freebie. I’ll have to make the trip back at some point, and definitely recommend this to anyone in the area.
