so disappointed

I got some extract that I thought was the same as it was last time but I looked at the terps and found that the product will cause panic attacks and when I asked if I could exchange an unopened product I was told screw you. These people don't care ab pi but people that use cannabis as medicine. I'm now stuck with no medication. Thanks for nothing

I love this new place!
