I used to frequent this place and most of the staff here is very sweet and accommodating, but there are a couple of staff members I've encountered here that have talked rudely to some customers while I was in line or had questionable actions. One of the staff members with tattoos on his arm was aggressively speaking to one of the customers in line because the customer was taking a while to confirm if they had an order number. There was another instance in May 2021 when I was first in line to pick up my order after receiving the text that the order was ready. I told the young blonde male employee my order number at the door for curbside pick up and instead of getting my order, he asked the rest of the people behind me if they had an order number earlier than mine and proceeded to assist the person behind me first. This did not make sense to me and I felt that this was intentional on the employees end. I just wish the staff here was more consistent with their customer service.
