I am so sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the change in our Friends of the Farm rewards program. We care about and value our customers so highly. We aim to create a special, boutique, education forward experience for every single customer who comes in the door. Our policy officially changed in February in order to accurately account for changes in the cannabis taxation in California. We did our best to communicate these changes with FoTF members but I recognize you feel like we could have done more.
