There are no set expiration dates on vape cartridges. Individual companies (per the state) must provide a manufacturing date and a package date, but those dates are not expiration dates. Shelf life of cannabis concentrates depends heavily on several factors (quality of the oil, storage etc), but to say that any concentrate would “go bad” after even 1 year is inaccurate. Unfortunately, due to current laws, we cannot open every sealed product we carry to make sure they are not defective, which one of our managers explained to you directly after you emailed us. When it comes to a product that a customer brings back leaking or defective, we take those situations very seriously. When you emailed us, we immediately responded and asked that you bring back the faulty cartridge for a free exchange at your convenience. We also offered you a 20% discount on your next order.
