Chris helped me soon as I walked in the door & being my first time I asked for help as a newbie. He spent nearly an entire hour, very knowledgeable, wasn't trying to push particular products/brands yet have honest opinions when I asked, & best of all as they're closing @ 9pm & I was still looking around never once rushed me or made me feel less than welcome.
