Order never arrived and was marked as arrived and delivered but it wasn’t

Orders keep getting canceled with absolutely no explanation…like I’d like to order from yall maybe give me a call and substitute anything ur sold out of or tell me what u do have…instead of just not getting business cuz I don’t even know what the issue is. Yall should fix that.
