Terrible i ordered from them at 7pm i got a confirmation text saying id get my order it’s been 2 and half hours and i never got my delivery i sent multiple text messages asking for an eta but they kept saying id get it by 9am its been 30 minutes and I never received it ive waited for 2 and half hours for no reason im very disappointed in their customer service and work ethic why tell someone you’re going to come when you have no intention of following through im very upset because I just wasted all that time and now I can’t even get any concentrates because they’re all closed now.. i would definitely not recommend this business to anyone they don’t care about they’re customers and just like to waste time. Very disappointed in them and I’ll definitely be leaving daily reviews about this company so no one else had to experience this. Very poor customer service and communication
