The Remedy Room stays consistent with customer service and weed selection. I like it better than Empire. Friendly shop and clean too.

When I saw 4.9 stars, I kinda hoped that Honor Roll would be perfect, but i guess that's why it's not 5. I think they do a good effort in customer service. I placed the order via WM... 15 min later got a call confirming the order and setting the expectation of a busy afternoon and a 2 hour wait. I like that they called to tell me this. 2 hours later, I called them and they said they were about 25 mins away. The delivery took 2 hours and 25 min total. Price was reasonable. I tipped a little less because it took longer than expected, but still tipped cuz it's probably not the driver's fault. There were no extras in the bag, but my order was correct. The weed is from a batch in Nov. 2019 and feels very hard. So compared to other delivery services, I think it's decent, but if they fixed wait time accuracy and fresher weed, I would bump my rating up a bit. Maybe 4.5. Just my 2 cents.
