Dispensary Works is small, I think that’s why it has such a comfortable feeling. It’s either that or the fact that everyone is so genuinely nice. They’re one of the few places in my area that is open for in store shopping and pick and I greatly appreciate that. I normally place online orders then pick up in store, when there was a problem with an item I ordered, a staff member text me immediately giving me the option to revise my order before I arrived instead of me trying to figure it out when I got there. I appreciated that as well. Not to mention they are always well stocked, I can always find something new/different that I haven’t seen at other spots. As a matter of fact, the only thing I can say bad is maybe their loyalty reward system isn’t as good as some of the others but they have one and that’s always helpful.
