Hey AshMcC, thank you for giving us an opportunity to clarify the confusion with some of our packaging. It's nothing more than our farm trying to reduce waste and repurpose, for example, an Oz bag that was pre-stickered with one strain's label, but that *unused* package is now needed for a different strain. The stickers unfortunately do not peel off the bag, and we never repurpose any previously used packaging - only unused, prematurely labeled ones. We pride ourselves on transparency, honesty, and integrity. It's devestating for us to hear that any of our valued customers would be concerned we are disguising "old stuff that won't sell" in different packaging. We're grateful to say, our farm actually works really hard to keep up with demand, and sitting on "old stuff" is not a problem we have. As for those branded Kind Farms stickers on the concentrates, just another example of our farm trying to reduce waste and repurpose unused packaging. These are stickers that were ordered with strain names pre-printed on them, and ideally we'd love to give our customers our branded Kind Farms stickers, which is the only reason they're being used on new grams of concentrates with the previous strain crossed out. We understand why this might be off-putting, and potentially sow seeds of doubt. We've contacted our farm and packaging department and we will move away from repurposing unused packaging and stickers. The jars with the metal caps are outsourced products, and we will reach out to this company and discuss the feedback you've shared. To briefly address your concern regarding our staff, we have endless support and apprecation for the members of our crew, both during and after employment.
