I got the wrong wax , they couldn’t refund me . Offered a credit with weed maps ! Took over 2 hours for delivery was in more than 15 mins on hold just to get help from support. I want my money back !

Got the wrong one not what I ordered

Do NOT use this place!! Not only did they not take my med card, but once I got my order delivered, they did not give us the right product and the seal was already broken. When I called them, they claimed they tried to call us to tell us when they realized that they did not have what I ordered, they NEVER did, and I offered to show proof I never got a call. And they claimed it was not open. I took immediate pics when I received it to show the seal was already broken. REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HERE, customer service sucks an all in all horrible experience
