First time coming in - great customer service and first time patient care!

Great with new patients, tenure patients, and all in between! Very well knowledge staff. Chloe helped me tonight and bless her she was so patient with me and answering all my questions. I’ve told all of my friends about Prestige and I only use this prescription shop. Thank you all for being so great, friendly, tons of products to choose from with knowledge to back it!

I’m completely new to the thc world. I just got licensed this week - woot woot. I asked on Facebook where to find great edibles and someone referred me to Weedmaps. While running errands I looked for open now and local to me. Sure enough Prestige popped up and was one of Weedmaps highly recommended so I went and shot my shot. Being new to this it made me super anxious. I know I’ll need to try various things to find what work for me. Thankfully Macy was the first person who greeted me she came from around the counter and talked me through EVERYTHING! She dumbed things down for me, listened to my story, answered a million questions, listed to my palate taste took in suggestions of what flavors I liked and helped me find an array of things to try - the best part for me - it I don’t like it - I can bring it back! I’m so happy I decided to stop in! Macy was so kind, so patient, so sweet, I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to go to. She made me feel SO comfortable. Thank you so much Macy and the rest of the Prestige team there tonight who also helped along the way! 100% will be returning and recommending to everyone I know! 🥰
