I had a couple Stiiizy pods that some issues. I called and spoke to TOK and the guy I spoke to was so helpful, understanding, patient and informative, even though I called a couple times and had a million questions lol. He was able to even issue a credit for the faulty pods. They were able to schedule my next delivery around my schedule and had the delivery here within the hour. TOK never ceases to amaze me and keep me as a faithful happy customer. They're awesome. I will ALWAYS shop with TOK!!!
