This is a solid Sativa edible for those who want the head high that is both clear and energizing. I could have ran a mile on this. That was extremely sufficient. Anymore would have been a little overwhelming for me personally because I am a lightweight and I'm skinny. Heavier set individuals might want to start with 5mg unless you're a lightweight like me. I timed everything to figure out how these affected me and here's the result.
