The Port Charlotte location will send you a text saying your order is ready for pickup but when arrive you still have to wait 3 hours after checking in to receive it! Also today I received a promotional text for a sale product that they don't even have in stock. What's the point? I have sent several complaints to Trulieve, you know on their website where they promise to get back to you within 24 hours, and have never gotten a reply.
