Terrible customer service!  Was excited to check out their modern strain menu on my first visit. After walking in, the woman behind the counter rudely interrupted me and asked me “to give her a few minutes” to get my new profile started. This was strike one. As the other patients in front of me walked out, nothing happened. Then, another couple walked in and they started checking them in even though I was there first and had been waiting 10-15 minutes. The budtenders were also rude to the couple as they tried to get their correct paperwork. 20-25 minutes after getting to the store, I had still not been checked in or given an update. There was nobody else shopping at the time. This is ridiculous. I worked as a budtender, and I know for certain it takes all of 5 minutes to scan ID and paperwork. As I was crunched for time, I asked for my credentials and walked out, to no apology from the budtenders. I drove 20 minutes to get to their storefront, wasted my time, gas, and energy! Will never return and I wouldn’t recommend anybody shop there after my experience. Sketchy a** spot anyway… SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS!

Been a customer here for years due to their quality flower & customer service, but I can say that as of late, the experience with Big Medicine has been better than ever! The new genetics they carry are truly superior, & they always keep fresh product in rotation. Their customer service is excellent across buttenders, they are always knowledgeable & happy to give patients great deals on amazing flower! Truly one of the best all-around experiences in the Springs, I highly recommend. #Customer4Life

I shop with Altitude because of their quality & their genetics, easily some of the best in town! Their Academy location has the best customer service of all four locations. Bud tenders are always super kind & informed on their product selection. Don’t hesitate to stop in!
