Was a a different store across from La florista It was the Goldenhour and so different from feeling horrible customer service and not wanting to deal with me at all. I checked out La florista and was greeted when I checked in and the was asked about my needs and answered my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Having a disability and feeling stressed out finding new things to try I didn’t feel that way at all. The atmosphere, customer service with the knowledge of what would work for me was amazing. The staff and owner were beyond helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident in my selection. Definitely when I make my way back thru weed ca I’m definitely gonna stop at La Florista in weed ca .

Went in and the staff wasn’t nice or even acknowledging me or me needs . I’m disabled from back injuries trying to get facts and options to try. They were worried about their own personal life’s and told me they are the best store out here. I’ve been to redding stores and wanted to try weed stores which was a horrible experience. Until a found a store across the way from them La florista and express what I need and what I’m dealing with, the best experience with the staff and understanding my needs. They made me feel like I wasn’t stupid and explained my different options. I’ll be avoiding the Goldenhour and spend my business across the way at La florista were I’m not ignored.
