We are very sorry to hear that this was your first experience shopping with us. We pride ourselves on friendly, knowledgeable staff who can deliver exceptional service, but we missed the mark here. We do have some long-standing staff members in our Windham REC store but also brought on many new employees since our opening in mid February.
