I received a defected device. The wax was completely covered all over the pen and the inside of the bag.

I buy all the time from here and never have an complaints, but I ordered two wax pens and the first one was great but I go to open the second one and all the wax is out of the pen and in the packaging. Could not smoke it at all. It was all out
