Terrible product. The wax has moisture and crackles when you smoke it. It shoots everywhere and is really difficult to smoke. Barely even gets you slightly high. Customer service is a joke, they don’t offer exchanges on poor quality product. Told me to leave it out to dry without the lid overnight 😂

Product is always super dry and hardly potent. Staff has little to no product knowledge. Way over priced. The old lady that most recently helped me was extremely slow and unfriendly. She also told me I can’t bring my dog in because corona virus? Ignorant. I know it’s scary and hard to discern with all of the information coming out but It’s not contagious to dogs! Definitely never coming back.
