Appreciate your opinion and comments Mr Doobees carries hundreds of products and over 40 Vendors and their products Mr Doobees Staff samples all Vendor products often, and NO Vendor nor their products are brought into to offer to Mr Doobees Customers until Staff majority approves overall experience of every product That being stated, every customer experience will always be degrees of difference, due to complex and multiple factors, ranging from how their body absorbs and processes cannabis cannabinoids, texture, flavonoids, terpenes, and a strain's specific euphoria characteristics which are complex in each strain and can process multiple dynamics based upon how the plant is grown, using soil vs hydroponics/aeroponics, indoor vs outdoor vs greenhouse, length of growth period, length of curing period, processing, grown from a clone or seed, and hundreds of other factors As to employees longevity at any business, also depends on hundreds of variables, and the natural flow and ebb of employees duration of employment being dependent upon labor requirements, performance, desires to seek other opportunities, is just a few of the the norm in todays labor pool being far more transient and fluid Personalities do make a difference in a customer's experience at any retail operation Mr Doobees spends valuable time and resources to seek and secure BudTenders with quality positive personality, knowledge, experience, and desire to provide the highest quality of customer experience to every customer Human Nature as it is does provide times that are never desired nor acceptable when employee transitions occur, but the extra efforts to resolve and bring Mr Doobees Staff back to the highest Positive Environment possible quickly is and always has been the ultimate goal Mr Doobees strives 1,000% of the time, day in day out, to provide the highest quality positive experience for the Customer, and for the BudTender, in a welcoming environment, and offering diverse product inventory at a fair price, in all ways positive always Mr Doobees NEVER desires to receive a less than positive review from a Customer's experience visiting Mr Doobees, BUT we all appreciate the honesty to share with Mr Doobees so that Mr Doobees can improve and correct negatives that occur, in the desire to retain a positive trust with each Customer in all ways possible, and to promote Mr Doobees desire to make changes to improve for the benefit of every Customer Again thank you for your time and effort to share your experience H J Managing Member
