Omg 😳 5 hours to wait and 75 dollars pre tax in order to get a delivery Jamie is completely incompetent. Jamie Can’t even manage to understand correct, because she is talking over you. The worst customer service ever! Saying they are a busy company! Nobody even knows of this place! I’ve been ordering for years and ordered many other companies! Never 👎 wah wah. I ordered at 2:15pm it’s 7pm now, and I still haven’t gotten my order. Pass never again. Just horrible.

How are these people even still getting business they are rude, unprofessional and charge additional taxes on there already expensive dried out old product! I think these people leaving reviews are super naive about what they are supposed to be paying and type of buds are are Quality or it’s the Staff leaving there own reviews 😌 First off the General Manager is so rude and condescending very unhelpful just mean and arrogant. I’ve never been treated that way by a delivery dispensary. I’ve ordered from a lot in the area too SpeddyWeedy, CanEx, CaliCoast Etc. I order from Emberz all the time they are so nice don’t charge exes taxes everything is included! I will never be ordering from here again they will never get my business again. Actually The one good thing was MOE he was very nice and helpful he’s my one star the delivery driver was cool too. Can’t believe how rude they were. I got the Korova Big Smooth and it was from 4months ago 9/04/20 who wants dried out old tree from that long ago. It was like dust when u break it up. They told me I would have to call Korova, what small minded people. Far better places and tree to get from other places don’t waist your money or time.
