I had an absolutely terrible experience. The manager Carlos was an absolutely zero help and was terribly rude. I purchased a 1 g vape cartridge for them to tell me they made a mistake, putting it on the website that it was a medical item and was never meant to be sold, even though I had already purchased it and was about to walk out the door with it they may be switch it and actually made it sound like they’d prefer to just give me my money back then make the situation right I will absolutely never go back I asked them for a grievance form complaint slip he continued to say good thing you are a medical patient… yeah it’s safe to say I will never be back
