Hello and I'm just re reading your edit from 5 stars to 4 stars review and we would like to see if we can help out in any way to make things right to prove our 5 start customer service. We recently did have a lower quality batch of distillate in our most recent 1000 carts we made and we apologize if that is the cause of the burning issue you are having. Our distillate normally comes back testing in the high 90s THC but this batch came back at low 90s and we did not think it would effect the smoke but we were wrong and have gotten a few complaints on them. So we are working on a new batch and of carts and when they are ready for ordering id like to make things right by replacing the 4 carts you had a problem with and give you a free bee for the inconvenience. I'm thinking Monday the 5th of June we will have the new carts finished up. So Please give me a call to make things right, Thank you. 207-420-1290
