Now that I have your attention... This service was on top of our order from the start and they made sure everything happened as it should without any bull during a heavy storm. We were really impressed with getting our favorite Big Chief brand at half the cost we've paid in the past for their cartridges in another market so yeah we are very pleased with both the great service, great products, and great pricing. Money is tight, especially this time of year, so hats off to this service for making available quality products at reasonable prices for the masses and not just for those who can afford the relief as it's needed. They have become our go to service for all of our needs. The quality is always there and we usually have our order within an hour 7 days a week and even our late evening orders are delivered that evening and not held over to the next day like some of our past services done more than a few times. There are not enough adjectives to describe the quality staff at Canna. I am dealing with the passing of a loved one and they stepped up and asked how they could help. You definitely get your highsworth out of this cartridge. Good soulful buzz that can melt the stress from even the toughest days away. Very deep and rich flavor without being overstated. Five of Five stars all day long.

Great little company and the drivers are always courteous BUT the leaking cartridges are a major problem and if they'd just replace the leakers I would carry on and not say much. As it is, my mother (76 years old) who is fighting cancer doesn't have the money, time or the patients to deal with the mess the leaking cartridges cause. They offered a 10% discount on the next order which doesn't come close to replacing the $55/$60 lost per leaking cartridge and she's had two out of the 7 cartridges she had me order for her leak. The fact that the cartridges are giving her relief from the chemo and is helping keep the weight on from the munchies has allowed the doctors to be more aggressive in her treatment this time and she was just upgraded from stage 4 to stage 3 which is awesome but like so many others facing death they'll spend their last dime to stay alive a little longer and I get that but when a company doesn't stand 100 percent behind the products they sell and takes advantage of the desperate is when I get upset. As great as Canna-couriers has been they really dropped the ball with regard to all the leakers that I and others are complaining about. Respectfully, James Weber

I made the terrible error of not having them verify my product purchases. I told the young lady that I was looking for a gram cartridge and after her showing me the different brands I told her I was wanting a gram cartridge again and she pointed to the upper shelf. She named off a few strains and as soon as she said White Widow I said that's the one I want in a gram cartridge and she said okay. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package to find 1/3rd gram and not the whole gram I requested. Maybe if my eyesight wasn't so poor I might have caught her mistake but that was the reason for me asking for what I was looking for three different times. This is the second time a miscommunication has caused me dissatisfaction with this pharmacy. They can't be perfect all the time. Thank you, James
