*** would like to speak with a manager and discuss my first time visit to your Waterford location This would originally be a 4 star review , Riley did an awesome job despite all the issues with your website/fulfillment procedure… 1) email recieved showing active deals @ Waterford - 2 for 30$ bosa .5g rosin disposables , this is the reason I drove past 4 other Dispos to check out your location …. (Called ahead to confirm order recieved and pricing , receptionist would not discuss) upon arrival , they had these exact .5 rosin disposable but would not honor the deal pricing. ??? Left with 1 35$ disposable instead of 2 for 30$ that YOU advertised Side note: one peninsula gardens disposable in stock .. you have like 11 store locations why can’t your inventory manager order a sustainable quantity of items that are on sale ? 2) pickup order line should not be the same line as the in store customers (what’s the point ?) 3) items were out of stock

Busy for a good reason … incredible selection , competitive deals , staff members that care about the consumer! (S/O Alexis , Jordan and the whole NR team!) *** goodie bags for green Wednesday were a nice surprise also

Personally, I will never ever go to LIV/Common Citizen again with Nature’s Remedy in such close proximity! Owner and employees are a pleasure to be around. Menu is well curated, and free of MCMA & remediated flower/preroll options 👍 -strains/products you can’t find elsewhere -properly stored concentrates -Great selection of Pyramid Pens & High Quality Organic Flower Options (Harbor Farmz and Hypha!)
